   Synthes Resident Program

The Synthes Resident Program provides education in Trauma, Spine and CMF to support residents, fellows, and faculty of teaching hospitals throughout the world. The program was created based on interactions with program directors, attending surgeons, faculty, fellows and residents at all levels. The goal of the program is to help train new surgeons with tools that enhance the learning experience in the pursuit of surgical excellence.

Online learning modules provide immediate accessibility on topics such as fracture review, preoperative planning, surgical simulations and case studies. You may find information in several different surgical centers that is relevant to your practice. For instance, Neurosurgeons will find relevant courses in the Spine and CranioMaxilloFacial sections whereas Plastic and Reconstructive surgeons may find relevant courses in Trauma and CranioMaxilloFacial.

* Please note that many of these courses show implants, instruments and set configurations used in North America, which can differ both in name and look from the ones used in your country. In addition, the indications are the ones approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), which may differ from the ones approved by your country. Click here to access technique guides for any Synthes product offered in your country.
